Nodfolk Request a demo

Nodfolk handles check in, plans, classes, and payouts for owners and front desks. Members get one app for their pass, their bookings, and their membership, with nothing hidden.

Front desk 6:42 AM
A member scans their wallet pass. The desk shows their name, plan, and status right away, and flags anyone whose payment failed.

Built for the people behind the desk

Owners

  • Set your own plans, prices, freeze rules, and cancel terms in plain language.
  • Payouts go straight to your own Stripe account. Nodfolk never holds your money.
  • Members, check ins, and simple reports in one dashboard.
  • The member app wears your brand.

Front desk

  • Scan a pass and see who it is, what plan they have, and whether they are good to go.
  • Clear alerts when a payment failed or a membership is frozen, so the conversation starts right.
  • Look anyone up by name in seconds.
  • Book and manage classes, reformers, and sauna slots, with waitlists that move on their own.

Leaving takes two taps. That is the point.

Every change a member can make happens in the app, with every price and date shown before they confirm. No phone calls and no retention maze. A gym that makes leaving easy is a gym people are comfortable joining.

  1. Switch plans

Members compare every plan side by side, see exactly how the price changes, and switch on the spot.

  2. Freeze for a while

Pick how many months. The start date, end date, and any fee show up before anything changes.

  3. Cancel without a phone call

One screen shows when access ends and whether there is a final bill. One button, and it is done.

Done right from the start

Accessible

Every screen works with screen readers and large text, with high contrast and big touch targets.

Private

Each gym's data is walled off from every other gym. Members see only their own records.

No card numbers

Payments run through Stripe. Nodfolk never sees or stores a card number.

Become a founding gym

We are opening Nodfolk to a small group of gyms first, starting with a premium strength and Pilates club in Dallas Fort Worth.

Founding gyms get hands on setup, a direct line to the people building it, and a real say in what comes next.
